Working on the LongHorn Steakhouse account, we focused on brand emails, CRM strategies, in-store materials, and digital assets. As a mid-range sit-down steakhouse, LongHorn emphasizes quality and a welcoming dining experience. During COVID, we introduced messaging for curbside pickup and safe delivery to reach customers who typically wouldn’t consider LongHorn for at-home meals. The brand adapted to meet customer needs while maintaining its reputation as a trusted dining destination.

We led a comprehensive overhaul of the LongHorn website, with a primary focus on elevating the brand story and showcasing the premium quality of their food. The redesign incorporated bold, modern design elements and moody, high-quality photography to capture the essence of the LongHorn experience.

Along with the updated website, we extended the refreshed brand experience into the in-store environment by redesigning the menu. The new menu design mirrored the aesthetics and photography used on the website, creating a cohesive visual identity across both digital and physical touchpoints.
